Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Our standard processing time is generally 3–7 business days. After your order has been processed, estimated shipping times vary depending on the shipping method you select:

Estimated total delivery time, including processing, is approximately 7–22 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier conditions, holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your destination, order details, package size, and shipping method.
The available shipping options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives your package.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
Most eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Items must generally be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, and returned with original tags and packaging.

How do I start a return?

Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please also provide clear photos or videos when appropriate.
Please do not send a return to an address without receiving return instructions from Beckoo first.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns, such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will review the situation and may provide appropriate return shipping assistance.
Are custom or made-to-measure suits returnable?
Custom or made-to-measure suits may have different return conditions because they are prepared according to customer-provided measurements or specifications.
They are generally not returnable for change-of-mind or customer-provided measurement issues.
However, if a custom item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly made due to an error on our part, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been received and approved after inspection, refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
